| 1 slice of ham chopped 4 Tbsp butter 1 can (1 1/2 cup) cola or Dr. Pepper 1 Tbsp cornstarch |

Method |

| Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Over medium heat, saut? the ham in the butter, turning frequently to lightly brown both sides of each slice. Reduce heat and add soda, stirring constantly for 4 or 5 minutes. Once simmering, add small amounts of cornstarch "slurry" to gravy. Continue stirring. Once simmering again, add more slurry until desired consistency is reached. | |
