More About Chef Annemarie:
Today I find myself celebrating the season with
spring-inspired menus geared towards small gatherings of friends and family. My exploration of New York City's many markets has helped to develop my appreciation for locally grown ingredients. I am currently writing my first cookbook, The Grey Dog Cookbook, which celebrates the cafe's 10th Anniversary and foods rooted in American tradition. Please visit my website,
Downtown Chef, to see more of my recipes for urban living. I look forward to exploring seasonally-inspired comfort foods with you.
